Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Epic Split: Shikaku Puzzles, or by tapping “Next” on the first-launch notice, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility and permitted use
You may use Epic Split: Shikaku Puzzles for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
Game experience and local progress
Epic Split: Shikaku Puzzles provides logic puzzles, themes, hints, rewards, and related game features. Progress, preferences, and rewards may be stored locally on your device. We do not promise that local progress will always be recoverable, transferable, or available after clearing app data, uninstalling the app, changing devices, or updating software.
Advertising and third-party services
The app may display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements supplied by third parties. Rewarded ads are voluntary, and an in-game reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms completion. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the app, its advertising, security, or connected services;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Ownership and license
Epic Split: Shikaku Puzzles and its software, artwork, designs, text, sounds, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Epic Split: Shikaku Puzzles when reasonably necessary, including to improve gameplay, maintain security, comply with law, or change third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or work on every device.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Split: Shikaku Puzzles is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of local progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the app, third-party services, or legal requirements. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. If a change requires renewed acceptance, the app may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing.
